How Idea Atelier completes your booking. Most packages send confirmations, vouchers, and itinerary details by email shortly after payment — the same way many hotels and tour operators issue tickets today.

Email & on-screen confirmation (default)

Unless a package page says otherwise, after payment you receive your booking summary on screen and the same details by email: vouchers or e-tickets where applicable, itinerary notes, partner check-in instructions, and links to any PDFs or partner portals required for that trip.

That usually arrives within minutes of a successful charge. During maintenance, fraud review, or partner cut-off times, it can take longer — we will email you if we need anything else to finalize your booking.

Physical post & courier (when offered)

Some premium or partner-led packages may include printed welcome kits or documents by post. When that applies, the listing states the carrier or service level, regions we ship to, estimated timelines, and any shipping or handling fees. You will receive tracking when the partner provides it.

Standard packages do not include postal delivery unless the listing explicitly says so — there are no default postage charges when everything is delivered by email and secure links.

Before you travel

Always review the inclusions on your confirmation: dates, names on bookings, baggage and visa reminders, and check-in windows. If something looks wrong, contact us before departure so we can work with suppliers where possible.

If something goes wrong

If checkout completed but you did not receive your confirmation kit, check spam and promotions folders first, then email support@idea-atelier.com with your order reference. We will investigate and resend or restore access where appropriate.
